Martyn joined Gallie Miles in January 2010 and is an associate of the firm. Martyn advises principally on all aspects of separation, including shared parenting, domestic violence and the division of relationship property. Martyn also advises on adoption, child support and spousal maintenance. Martyn was previously an associate with Bogers Scott Shortland in Hamilton and has experience in employment law, conveyancing, wills and estate administration Martyn holds a Law Degree and a Master of Arts.
