New Family Court Fees

From 1 July 2012 the Family Court began charging for all applications made under the Property (Relationships) Act 1976 and some applications made under the Care of Children Act 2004. There is also a fee for property relationship hearings which applies to any hearings scheduled after 1 July, irrespective of when the application was lodged. As with any other Family Court fees, a waiver of the applications fees can be applied for. There are no fees in resepct of applications for Protections Orders.
