We are hiring - Junior Personal Assistant

We are looking for a superstar Personal Assistant to come and join our team! This is an entry level position working for our Te Awamutu / Otorohanga Property Team. Full training will be provided. 

As a superstar PA, your duties will include: 

  • Working for the Te Awamutu and Otorohanga Director/Solicitors, including scanning and printing documents, making client appointments, updating workflow, contacting clients for AML documents, and phoning clients to verify bank accounts as required.

  • Sending out engagement letters and any other documents once author has released for all team authors.

  • Sending off Aply ID links

  • Billing and close files including updating any necessary details and sending bills to clients.

  • Verifying documents and obtaining certified copies of documents for the team.

  • Updating client info as info comes in i.e. IRD numbers, updating addresses and phone numbers.

  • Setting up TQs (to learn)

  • Reporting to accountants when required.

  • Title searches (if required, with training)

  • Back up reception duties

  • Answering the phone

  • Entering Deeds into the system

  • File openings of AML approved matters

 Other duties as required including providing back up PA services for other teams when required (if other PAs are away or on leave etc).
