Current Vacancies

Business Manager - Te Awamutu / Hamilton / Otorohanga

  • Part-time – 20 hours per week over 4 days

  • Based in Te Awamutu

  • Working closely with Directors to support strategy and culture

Key Requirements

The key requirements of this role would include:

  • Working alongside the Directors to ensure the business is well managed, operates efficiently and effectively and develops through the firm’s strategy.

  • Operational responsibility for all aspects of day to day management, including staff/HR and culture, financial management and accountability, business reporting and accountability to third parties, business development/marketing support.

  • We would welcome someone into this role who has integrity, effective communication, empathy, and be able to apply a collaborative management style.  We would expect you to have a proven background in management, (prior law firm experience is preferred) and/or the appropriate tertiary qualifications.
