Sue has extensive experience in all areas of rural law. She works predominantly with rural clients on a wide variety of matters, including asset planning, farm and business succession, rural employment, transferrable development rights, and the subdivision, sale and purchase of farmland. She also has experience with a range of rural and resource management compliance issues. Sue is a member of the Property Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society. 

Along with Shelley, Sue has recently presented on Women’s Wealth and Protecting Assets to clients of Craigs Investments and Dairy Women NZ. Sue also regularly presents to Agents and other industry experts on a range of rural succession issues.

Outside of work, Sue is a mum to two busy teenage girls, the deputy Presiding Member of Sacred Heart Girls College in Hamilton and a Trustee of the Aotearoa NZ Breast Cancer Community Trust. In her downtime, she is working her way through the Great Walks of New Zealand.
